Tübingen Quality of Life Questionnaire for Cushing disease

Dear participants,

We are trying to design a specific Health related Quality of Life Questionnaire that aims to assess limitations and restrictions in daily life caused by persistent cortisone excess.

This disease is better known as Cushing's disease and is a very rare pathology with extensive consequences for the afflicted persons.

On the following pages, you will find several statements about problems that Morbus-Cushing patients could suffer from. Please just choose the answer that applies most suitable to you.

The questionnaire will take about 15 minutes to be completed.

Any data retrieved from the completion of the questionnaire will be treated anonymously.

Please note that we are aiming to reach patients who are currently suffering from this pathology and who present with active disease.
